bosch WTS 84516gb/08 wont start

hi guys i have a customer asking about this ,its a long drive to get to this one so i’d like to know what i’m dealing with he sayes it just gives 2 beeps whenever the start button is pressed thanks k

door lock in all probability. Get them to try and start it with the door open and see if the symptons are the same

I’ve had a few of these in the past and it was the plug falling out from the switch.

he said the plug fell out of the switch ! hardly the wall outlet he’s on about , i take it its the door switch which also has a plug connector going into it , and i believe mag is his user name ?
