BOSCH WTV74307UK stops after a few minutes

hi any clues please, i had this on the condenser version and it was a thermistor at the bottom front but there isn’t one one this version thanks john

does it still stop on timed programmes ?

hi Dave yes it does,and all vent areas clear the heater and stats all measured ok

if it has not front thermistor I can only assume its detecting moisture through the drum or metal strips. make sure these strips are not contaminated, short circuit and are connected to the timer. pull the connecters off the timer and put them back in case of bad joints
assume you are trying with wet washing in
