bosch wtw84360gb container fault

Hi all,

Hoping for some help please. I have a bosch wtw84360gb that was working perfectly until it was moved in order to do some work in the area it was fitted. Since moving the appliance back when starting it flashes container after about a minute.

I have cleaned the filter in the container and also the two filters below the door but that’s not resolved the issue. There appears to be little to no water going into the container.

the container light is meant to come on when the container is full but the switch to detect this is by the pump at the bottom. the chances are the water sump is full of fluff

pull out the condenser .(behind the cover on bottom left) about half way back inside on the floor is a little removable cover. the cover has 2 simple latches. remove this cover and you can put your hand in and see how much fluff is in there. if it needs cleaning its quite a strip down as the left hand side has to come off
