Bosch WTW86560GB/14 Tumble Dryer Problem

Good afternoon,

Could anyone let me know what the door lock key symbol lighting up, together with 2 beeps when start button pressed relates to?

I’ve not experienced this fault before, and am struggling to diagnose.

The above light remains on when any programme is selected, regardless of door position, and will not start at all.

Good afternoon Andy,

I did wonder if that was the case, and tried re-setting by holding the start button down for 5 seconds or so.

Perhaps there is a different method of re-setting?

I can only figure that the door switch is faulty?

Good morning all,

Replaced suspect door switch/lock and fault remained.

Established reset required – press and hold menu button for five seconds – success!
