Got a strange fault on this one. Select any cycle and without pressing start button the pump kicks in. Can’t get machine to do anything else. No earth faults, no anti flood protection on this one
Anyone had anything similar

Don’t you just love this Smeg built tosh?

Possibly a crudded up air chamber causing pressure switch stuck on anti-flood?
No lights showing on the LCD are there?

Hi Martin,
The only lights on the display are the programme selected, was expecting a fault code to flash up after a while but nothing
It’s only 2 years old so I think they’re going to get bosch out but I hate not being able to give an exact answer

You could try to reset the programme. Wait till it starts doing something then press and hold the start/pause button. Keep your finger on it till it pauses them Continue to hold it down till you get a long beep and the display goes to 0000.
