    Hi Folks, called out to this Bosch washing machine and informed by the customer it was stuck on 1 sec (I had to agree with the lady she was dead right) I checked carbon brushes/motor, element all are fine. I tried too reset by Turning selector switch to 6 o’clock. Hold the spin speed button and turn selector switch one click clockwise. Release spin button and then return selector switch to 0. but to no avail. any ideas anyone ????

    Heating fault. May need rectifying first.

    I have already checked out the element it is fine also hooked in another element still could not reset also tried resetting with motor unplugged.

    There is more than a heater involved.
