customer tells me the drying cycle was running at the time it finished with one minute left on timer, door lock showing RED.
I asked her to unplug and retry on wash cycle, she said it was ok at first, rang back next day unable to select start any cycle. same fault. !!
any pointers please. john

Probably child locked, the key symbol on these is child lock, not door lock. Plus that machine is only just a year old from the fd number ! Wiz
