BOSCH WVD24520 CHILDLOCK

Hi I dont do Bosch but a neighbour has this problem the child lock light is flashing and she cant clear it, tried holding the button in for 5 secs etc no joy. can Anyone help?

On this model you clear it by holding the start button for 5secs but it must be on the program that it was set on. Process of elimination!!

Can’t hear it? It’s not an audible warning Cliff. To de-activate just press and hold the ‘clockface icon’ (just to the left of the Start/Pause button). If the child lock symbol remains on, it can mean there is an internal problem anyway. But that’s another story…HTH?:D
