    Hi Guys,

    I supplied this Brand new washer Dryer about 10 days ago. The punter has asked me to call as she is having a few difficulites including a fault code F17. Other problems seem to be connected with not working on one half of the drying cycle. I suspect user error so I tried to download an instruction book in advance of my visit, but it appears that this machine is too new for the download system.

    Anyone got any ideas on what “F17” means?

    I believe it is a fill time out error? Insufficient water pressure perhaps or faulty dryer valve intake? 😕

    Thanks for prompt reply Martin, Sounds like it might be kinked inlet hose or something like that. Am taking a look on monday.

    Good chance you find all is ok with the installation. Job for BSH, I’ll say no more :rolls:
