Bosch WVD24520GB F18 on drying cycle
I am going to this machine tomorrow (Monday) the customer tells me he has checked that the pump/ filter is clean and the impeller turns freely. This only happens on the drying cycle, would I be right that the condenser is blocked and has to be cleaned?
If so how difficult is it to get to and get it off?

Just been to this machine and the condenser does not appear blocked to be blocked pump runs ok on both wash and drying. I think it is more electrical as at first was trying it on the low heat 15mins after 3/4 mins got F18 when I tried it on high heat 1 hour it worked for 10 mins before I stopped it tried it on the low heat for 1 hour and that worked ok before I stopped it. Once you get F18 it does not matter which drying cycle you select f18 come up straight away

Anyone with any ideas

If my memory serves right I had the same problem and replaced valve and was fine after
