Hi

Can anyone point me in the direction of a download to obtain a manual?

All the Bosch links seem to be down and despite much googling I have
drawn a blank so far. 🙁

I’m not sure you can get a download version. You can certainly buy the hard copy, part No. 539121 price £5.95 from the Bosch eShop.

You can download instruction books from the here click on instruction manuals, you will need the complete enr number which is on the inside of the door frame.

Thank you for your replies.

As I said the Bosch site link seems to be down…..previously I have downloaded other manuals without problems.

When I request WVD24520GB/01 in the search box my browser just hangs(tried Firefox and IE) with the message

“waiting for portal.bsh-partner.com”

Previously I recall seeing lists of pdf files having downloaded WAE32464GB(which I nearly bought a few weeks ago) I cant get at this
either now so my own conclusion is the site is currently down.

Can someone maybe confirm this for me in case its my security or browser settings stopping the file access?

Thanks for the part number BTQ -I will have to fork out a tenner if I cant sort a download source!

Just an update……..

Well I called Bosch UK this morning and yes the website was down.

However this didnt help me as the model “should be listed” but wasnt.

The kind lady I spoke to has arranged for a hard copy to be sent out free
of charge so I cant complain I guess.

BTW it is exactly the same portal for support for Siemens which suprised me……….

I thought Bosch were an established German brand on their own
and not combined with Siemens.

Siemens/Bosch/NEFF are all the one group as far as appliances are concerned.

Most production is now outside of Germany, there’s very little left now and mostly it appears to make top end Siemens only, on washers think £800+. It may be a “German” company, but very little is actually German per se.
