Bosch WVF2402GB/02 Condenser bottom hose

Hi Folks

Been to this today and customer been using with a loose condeser till all the brackets have broken and loose condenser has pulled out the bottom condenser hose from the tub. :rolls:

Just looking at it I thought it was a case of just replacing brackets/condeser and liping the hose back in – but looking at the exploded digram on Bosch web site it looks like there might be an insert (guide) which fits inside the hose to lock it in place.

Question: Is this right? and looks like this has to be fitted from inside the tub so is this a tub front off job to do?

Altho I have come across loose or broken brackets, not had one with a hose pulled out before.

Any comments/help appreciated.

Oh Yes you lucky blighter! Access from the front, off with the barrel clamp and concrete weight, inner drum out and in you go…

Thanks Martin – thought that might be the answer. Nothing like making things easy to repair! :rolls: Have revised estimate accordinly 🙁
