    Hi,

    An engineer that came into my house to check my Bosch WVG30461GB washer dryer entered the hidden service program and changed a value from P10 to P30.
    Do you know what is this and what/how will this affect my machine? I should have asked him but I was more worried not to charge me.

    It was not a “hidden service program” at all, but he just altered the program he was testing. (see page 24 of your user instructions for a full explanation)
