I ordered a pump for the above washer/dryer.
    Part number 00145093.
The original pump slid up into the fixing plate and secured with a single screw at the bottom as seen with the majority of the Bosch drain pumps.
The new pump is different, with four lugs facing forwards. These usually fit through 4 rubber grommets with large headed screws.
The new pump didn’t come with any fixings. According to BSH Technical there would not have been any other parts with the pump but there was a technical bulletin missing that said the pump is different in appearance to original but is a suitable replacement.
I think the way it fits is ridiculous as its only secured with one small screw below the filter the top which used to clamp has about 10mm movement.
Is this usually acceptable or is there a fixing kit available?
I notice on the HTMaddocks website the 51-BS-50A (which as far as I know is a different pump burt ith the same fixings) shows fixings that I would have expected with the replacement pump.
What do others do when fitting these?

The Bosch website https://www.bosch-home.co.uk/store/00145093 Shows that that pump does indeed come with the 4 grommets and fixing screws. Did you buy it from Bosch?

you say the original pump is a single screw fixing so does the case have the 4 holes to take the grommets to secure this pump

if no are you really sure model is correct. Tried playing round with odd digits but all seem to have same 4 mounting pump

just out of interest I’ve not seen one of these yet and noticed on the picture the outlet hose appears not to have a clamp so how does the hose come off and back on?

That’s odd, when I looked last week I didn’t see the fixing kit in the picture. I called tech support and they said it was just the pump and tech blurb that stated this may look different to original but is a suitable replacement. No suggestion of the fixing kit (mounts and screws) I asked them about and they double checked against the part number and model as well.
I managed to have a hunt round and found an alternative model with the same pump fitting then found the part number 00425075. I called BSH who are sending the kit out FOC.

The original pump was like the more common fixing where the top locked either side of the metal panel and the bottom was held in place by a small screw.
The plate it fixed to had the four holes to take the rubber mounts but were unused.

The hose pushes inside the pump outlet port, sealed by an ‘O’ring like the dishwasher drain hoses and locks in place with tabs moulded into the hose. Squeezing the tabs at the same time as pulling the hose (with three hands) removes the hose. It is then a simple push fit to refit.
