Bosch WVT1260GB Washer Dryer stops at 1 minute

Bosch WVT1260GB Washer Dryer runs through various programmes OK but stops at 1 minute, doesn’t beep and door wont open. Door can still not be opened even after power switched off. During programme drum fills, rotates, heats, empties and spins but then stops at 1 minute. All seems to be working normally until this point. What could the problem be?

most common cause is heater earth fault but there are others

I have checked the insulation resistance of both heater elements and neither are showing any leakage to earth. Any other. Suggestions?

sometimes they don’t and still it causes it. try disconnecting the heater and tape up wires as a test. it will go through a programme just takes longer as it waits to heat and then give up
