    Hi

This Bosch Washer Dryer (intergrated) comes up with fault E04.
It sometimes completes 2 -3 washes and then faults out.

I watched the machine and it seemed to fault out after the wash cycle, cleared the water, and the pump was still pumping, then E04.

I have checkd valves, NTC, heater etc all seem to be OK.

Any one have any ideas the machine is about 2 years old.

    Thanks

    Hi M1

All Bosch appliances come with two year warranty, I would check your date of purchase 😉 if it is under two years old give Bosch a ring on 0844 8928979.

E04 is an NTC related fault.

If wiring and heater are ok then change the NTC.

(Did you insulation test the heater?)

    Thanks for the pointers.

No I did not insulation test the heater, but the fault occured after the wash program had finished & the machine was pumping & cleared the water, therefore I would not of thought it would be the NTC. (the NTC is not fitted to the heater its underneath the drum)

Is that model number correct ? Don’t seem to have any info on it .
Normally F04/E04 faults are draining related so maybe the pressure chambers crudded up ot their drain hose connection is blocked ?
