    hi,e13 fault on this washer dryer,i see its not reconized as a fault code,does this mean its the mains board? also custermer thinks it may of tripped out when it went faulty,iv done the usual checks an ever thing seems ok,any help would be great,cheers

    With any W/D that has unknown fault I always disconnect dryer element they bring up all sorts of weird fault. Try it before the PCB just in case.

    ok thanks,ill try that,but did test both heaters an readings were spot on
