Bosch WWF2001 water inlet problem

I have a Bosch WWF2001gb/01 washing machine which is about 7 years old.
Recently it has developed a problem, where by if the temperature is set to 40 or above, water does not enter the machine and the error code for “tap turned off or inlet filter blocked”
I have checked both hot and cold feeds and filters, all are ok ; I have also checked and cleaned pump to be sure.
It seems to me that the hot feed inlet valve is not opening, but not sure if this is a mechanical (valve) or electrical (pcb) problem.
Any help on diagnoses and part availability would be apreciated.

PS: This machine has given sterling service for over 7 years, this being the only problem!

I guess you mean a WFF2001GB/01 machine? The valve almost certainly will be at fault. The hot valve is Part No:154645 and the cold is 086311. Available via emailing correct model details to: spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk
