BoschLogixx: Machine will not fill with water:Help Please

Any body had a similar problem? Machine works okay and completes cycle when water manually put in. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Inlet valve failure (assuming water supply turned on). Please advise full model number and we should be able to advise further.

Thanks for your quick response Penguin. Fortunately the machine is now back in operation. Although water supply was switched on I decided to disconnect inlet pipe at both ends and reattach. Not sure what happened or if flooky but problem seemed to be solved. Wondering if it could have had air lock in pipe as the previous evening had installed new washing machine. Anyway thanks again.
