Bosh GS-60 Vacum Cleaner Flex Drum

Hi All,

I was wondering if anyone can shed any light on the disassembly of my Bosh GS-60
BGS6225GB/01 ,i’m trying to replace the flex spring drum which i have on hand ,but i am having trouble getting it apart namely the top cover to gain access to some recessed screws.Any help much appreciated .Thanking you in advance.

Exploded diagram here is all the info to hand I’m afraid. Hit on the diagrams tab for the explosion.

Someone may have taken one of these apart before and add any info they have, so keep popping back 🙂

Thanks Don,i’ve had a look and it seems there are 2 screws under the buttons which press down to release a catch ,trouble is i have no idea how to remove said buttons .

Ok thought i would pass on info,two screws are hidden beneath the tools/air filter buttons,pry these out carefully.just saved my Mrs (ie me) £’sss
