Brand new Indesit DIF 04B1 won’t run any program

Hi there I have just purchased and installed an indesit DIF 04B1 and whatever program I try and run it does the initial drain then fills then drains again and when you open the door the power light is flashing and lights 1 and 3 are solid can anyone help please?

Brand new, this model was first sold in Sept 2013??

Is the drain outlet hose well above floor level?

That is not a recognised error code, you should contact the Indesit Company or your retailer.

Error codes are given by flashing a combination of the first four lights plus the power light.

Yes brand new purchased from ao.com

Yes the drain outlet is well above floor level.
