ParticipantHi there.
I wondered if someone could help me please? My daughter has bought one of the above mentioned fridge/freezers.
Brandt Apollo A Class Fridge/Freezer.
The freezer part works fine……
BUT
The fridge part will not refrigerate the temp inside fridge is 24 and will not lower….
She doesnt have any instructions or the manual. Is there anything she can do, or will she need to call out an engineer?
Many thanks for any help you can give me.

Hi there.
Thanks for your response.
My daughter got it from heart foundation shop the manager there said it was new and had just been donated to them.
Although he didnt have a manual/instruction book!Where would my daughter need to look for the model number/serial number please?
Again many thanks for your time….

Usually near the salad draw or on the side in the fridge compartment

Hi there, thanks for that.
We have found them, the Serial number is: 041450752
and the Model number is: 2432 CFA311WUThere is a dial inside the fridge with 1-6 on it, my daughter has found that she needs to have it on 5-6 for the freezer to keep things frozen, but if she turns it down to 2-3 the freezer doesnt seem to be as cold.
I have been up there today and the fridge makes a noise as if it has come on – the light is on – but the temp only seams to drop to about 21 degrees and then it goes off and the temp then build up to 24 again! It is a shame as it is a nice roomy fridge and freezer, if only they had the instruction book with it!!!!!!
Again many thanks for your help and time it is much appriciated.
