hi
customer has moved the f/f from one side of the kitchen to the other and now the fridge is working fine but freezer is only staying cool no freezing any ideas!!?

They may have contaminated the system with oil if it was switched on straight after moving it.
It may be worth leaving it off for 24hrs and see if that makes a difference.
