I have a 3 year old Brandt fridge / freezer, can’t see the model no anywhere, but I do see it is branded ‘A Class’ and is Frost Free. (Yes, from what I read, frost free freezers have a lot of probs but thought I’d try here anyway).

The fridge section is working fine, if anything it’s too cool (sometimes see ice at the back). But the freezer is the same temp as the fridge. I have tried turning off for a few minutes then restarting. I have tried manually defrosting for 6 hours (the back of the freezer was frosted up) – again no luck.

Would really appreciate any help anyone can give me here.

Model numbers usually located on the side panel by the crisper bins in the fridge.

I would call an engineer to this to be honest, the problem could be the PCB or it could be system related.

Check the repairs@ link below 🙂
