cust report not running correct temp in fridge high ..

went out plenty ice in fridge etc – wet wall type ..

cust says it seem to switxch off and then not come back on – fridge back wall get really warm ..

after checking defo ele etc – i though pcb faulty – replaced pcb still same fault ..

when i went back fridge back wall was warm – like there is a heater in there ??

seem as though unit is stuck on some sort of defrost ..

anyone seen this before – any pointers appreciated
