My parents have a Britannia SI-9TF-GRA-BR Dual Fuel Multifunction Cooker.
Cooker is 90cm full and half oven.
Currently the full oven does not work on fan assisted full oven and if you go for the non fan assisted setting it produces loads of smoke…
Can you help with guidance as to the cause of the problem.

Hi Louisa,
The smoke will be caused by grease residues, it’s pretty much all it can be.
The no heat on fan oven will be the fan oven element but Brittania don’t give out any information on their cookers so we won’t have a clue what element is in it I’m afraid. All you can really do is call them and pay whatever they want. 🙁
