ParticipantHi,
I’ve just had a call from a customer that has a Britannia double oven with both grill elements gone. After a lot of time backwards and forwards with the customer, I have eventually got what appears to be a model number (I think) but I can only get a few parts coming up on connect.
The number I have is OV200 L A P 55
If anybody can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated as usual. Thanks
Nick

Any idea how old it is?
Pre 2013, it’s Live made.
Post 2013, it should be Bertazonni.

They can’t find any other info other than the rating plate with nothing but the VAC230 KW56 etc. I did ask for a year code but they couldn’t see it anywhere. They are an old couple. They did say they have had the oven about 10 years but you know what customers are like. “I’ve had it 3 years”, you have a look at the FD no. etc and its 10 years old!!

Does that make it harder to get being older. I’ve had quite a few hinges recently for 10+ year old ones.
I’ve sent an email to Britannia but I don’t want to pay retail. I could just do with part numbers, if anybody can help.April 24, 2017 at 10:50 pm #447109kwatt

Nope but you’ll need to know what format the elements are if you don’t have a model number but, the good new is, they’re easy to suss out. There’s really only seven of them…

Thanks Ken, looking at the link though, those elements are all lower heating elements and not grill elements.
