Britannia Electric Induction Range Cooker – Hob Fault

Hi, we have a Britannia induction range model number AA0JJXSE1NE. It has developed an intermittent fault where the none of the hob rings will turn on and the digital display just shows a horizontal bar for each ring. This takes about 15 – 30 min to reset. Can anyone give me any clues about where to look for the fault. Thank you.

I don’t have any info at all on that AA0JJXSE1NE model and can’t find any reference to it anywhere.

have had a few hobs that have problems in bright light

It tends to happen in the day, but it is hard to put the pattern down to light, it does not really get much bright light.

The product code is AA0JJXS1NE but there’s no service info on it, GDHA are very caged with that IME and not allowing anyone other than them to access it.
