    Hi

I recently bought a refurbished Britannia Delphi RC10TIDES Induction 100cm Electric Range Cooker.

There was an intermittent error code where the cooker flashes up E followed by 4. Turning the power off on the cooker seemed to fix the error but now all I get when trying to use the hob is this error.

Does anyone have a service guide for these Britannia cookers? The instruction manual is no help at all for error codes. If anyone can help out that would be amazing – just want to know if the problem is the cooker, power supply or something else.

    Thanks in advance all

    Re: Britannia Induction Hob Error

you say it was refurbished, that in my mind means its a trade sale so what about a guarantee

if you bought it from a private seller then I would dispute the word refurbished as to be able to do this I would say the person has to have the appropriate professional skills.

    Hi Dave

The cooker worked ok when I got it – and I have sent a message to the seller to say it now has this error.

Just wanted to get some additional information on what the error code actually means, always good to be well informed rather than relying solely on information from the seller.
