Britannia oven cleaning

Thinking about restoring our 20 year old Britannia. A couple of the elements have gone and the cooling fan has stopped working. All parts seem readily available from the ‘Store’ so looking to bring it back to near new working standard.

My question is cleaning. What is the best method to clean the oven cavities and door surrounds?

Turn the oven to maximum with a full roasting tin of water in it for about 90 mins and while warm clean inside using warm soapy water and rough cloth then let the oven dry while its hot.
