    Cheers. Ok- you know what’s coming next! How do I lift the job deck? Is it fastened to main body / sides anywhere? Worried about just pulling it! Forgive what must sound like stupid questions.

    Alll the burners etc off, release the screws, normally screws at the side and rear.

    This is driving me
    mad. Found some screws at the rear. Can’t see any on the sides. “Burners offers”… it’s a ceramic job. Make any difference? Still liftable?

    Oh sorry, didn’t look at that but the hob top needs to be released I believe to get to everything.

    Ok- part ordered. Now just need to figure out how to get the ******* top off!
