since when did this start to happen?
it was only about 18 months ago customer was told they couldnt buy an element unless they were authorised trade engineers. has the recesion meant they have changed the way they work now??? only asking because the element was 100ish trade from connect, and now being quoted 60ish inc vat + tenner p&p direct.
