I would so like them to ask me that…….
“Terrified by them madam, terrified! Have you put the kids on a leash too?”
or
“I was once badly mauled by a Chihuahua….. But I LOVE cats, especially in a hot curry sauce,”

Oh good lord yes! cant stand them personally! My dream job is when a key is left because everyone’s at work all day long.
Highland hospitality insists that a mug with a teabag is left by the kettle and maybe a choc hobnob if you’re really lucky 8)
I take my pocket wireless tuned to radio 2 on the longer jobs and have a grand old time of it. Bliss. 😆

No that brings into H&S questions, what if you scold yourself with the kettle and need help whilst working alone?.

I’ve had physio on a shoulder injury thanks to a client not repairing a loose concrete step into the property causing me to fall onto my tool kit and several stitches on my leg from a dog who the owner stated was friendly but decided to bite me anyway.
Just before xmas I was leaving a house and had to walk backwards facing there dog down the garden path as every time I turned my back on it he attempted to bite.
We’ve all had the do you want a coffee/tea, said no because it’ll slow you down due to the location only for the client to start making it for themselves.
Its just annoying for me anyway, I’ve never stood of anybody when they work and it bugs the life out of me when they do it, so I either bump into the client or constantly keep moving them out of the way until they get the message, animals i find standing on there paws or tails does the trick.

Yep best jobs are the ones where you know its in the shed or garage and the key is in the normal place.
Just left to work and get on with it.
