Before you spend your cash – might be worth a try with some Araldite Instant first. The datasheet says it’s good for -50Β°C to +65Β°C ‘Depending on conditions of use’
I managed to break the hinge off the door flap on our Fridge, and the repair has stood up for a year now. OK, so the freezer is a bit colder, but it’s worth a go I reckon. Before you start, rough up a bit either side of the break with a bit of fine sandpaper and clean with alcohol. Make sure the door is warm – the epoxy will heat on curing, but the cold will slow the process and you don’t want to be holding it together too long. After the initial cure has happened but it’s still soft, mix up a little more and build up a small thickened area on one or both sides to strengthen the joint. After curing, it’s best left ovenight to build up full strength.
Hopefully that should be all that’s required. It’s not the strongest of the Epoxies, but Rapid stays a bit flexible so should not get too brittle in the freezer.

Hi
The tube of epoxy will probably be just below the cost of the flap.If it works great if it doesnt then its cost you twice as much.

Oh π³
TBH, I assumed the flap would be reasonably dear. I also must admit I didn’t factor in the cost of the glue – I already had some. It’s onlyΒ£5 a tube anyway.
Whatever
