Broken Hinge support Whirlpool (IKEA) 50065640

Hi

Opening the door too hard I managed to damage the hinge support on my Whirlpool (IKEA) 50065640 – so it now just flops open unsupported. The hinges are fine, but the little joints with the spring loaded supports are broken off on both sides (on the bottom of the spring loaded bit, not the hinge). Can these sping loaded sections be replaced – they appear to be welded to the door – or is it a matter of replacing the whole door (!!)

As far as I can tell, the hinges are a unitary construction, scewed to the door inner panel. They would have to be replaced as a complete assembly.

Hinge is p/no 4812 417 19148, about £18 each, plus the VAT and stuff. An email with the p/no to spares@ukwhitegoods.co.uk to order.
