    Can anyone please advise our freezer was approx 6 mths old and was placed in storage for 12 mths on switch on the motor operates but does not cool either chamber. left it to settle for 48hrs before switching on to settle.

    Hi, would think you have a gas leak, being switched off, would have increased the gas loss.
