BSCH CTD WTW86561GB/02 Cutting out after 5 mins

Bosch CTD WTW86561GB/02 this has just been booked in.

Symptoms are that it cuts out after between five and fifteen minutes, the display just goes completely blank. (Has been tried on sensor progs with load and also on ‘super 40’ which I assume doesn’t use the sensors)?

This is a heat pump dryer and I haven’t looked at these before SO any help or ideas would be greatly appreciated.

Okay so here’s an update….It’s a heat pump dryer by the way.

Any programme that is selected, starts and runs for less than 1 minute before the display goes completely blank and the drum ceases to rotate. At this point there is still a 240v feed into and out of the mains suppressor.

It then takes around the same time (around 30 – 45 seconds) disconnected from mains supply before the display returns.

ANY IDEAS ANYONE????
