I reckon BSH Appliance Care Ltd’s web site is by far better than any of its competitors 💡

    http://www.bshappliancecare.com

Wouldn’t our lot be a much happier one if other manufacturers followed suit? 😆

Lets look at what it gives those of us that hold an account : –

1). Instant FREE access to at least 85{e5d1b7155a01ef1f3b9c9968eaba33524ee81600d00d4be2b4d93ac2e58cec2d} (possibly more) of their product ranges stretching back 20 years plus.

    2). Full ‘search’ facility

3). Fully illustrated exploded views and part number listings.

4). Instant pricing of spares parts.

5). Rapid next day delivery of spares (those items temporarily out of stock, they forward the moment they are available without having to chase them up)

6). Technical department back up (by experienced engineers not call centre staff!)

7). The best bit I have listed last..YOU DON’T HAVE TO SPEND A FORTUNE EVERY 6 MONTHS BUYING CD ROM UP-DATES in order to do business.

    Other manufacturers please note……….. 😉

Yes, I have to agree with all the above.

I only have one occasional problem, if a part number has been changed the system does not always recognise this and the part will just hang in the system until a phone call is made, but apart from that, yes, a great way of ordering spares.

    Dave.
