BSH dishwasher Smv50c00gb not heating

Hi, I just need a bit of general advice on the new type Bosch/Siemens/neff dishwashers.
I’ve had a few in the last weeks where the customers says that the machine trips the electric. They try it again and the programme goes through to the end but doesn’t heat.
I’m presuming it’s the heater built into the motor but I was wondering why it doesn’t stop with a fault code or carry on washing forever. On most other makes and the previous version if it didn’t heat it would wash all day unless the pcb was faulty .

Is it just a heater/motor fix or does it do any further damage to the pcb.

Just had one today same fault fitted heat pump then when when to heat bang, down to earth looks like the board is goosed also.

Having watched a few of these models they often don’t put the fault code up until the end of the cycle, certainly on the quick wash cycle which should be E09.

Just out of interest, how do you read the fault codes on these versions without the lcd. Also is there a list of codes for these or are they still the same as the older one.
