    Hi,

    As we have spent quite a lot in recent weeks its time to run the budget passed you all.

    Without doubt we have bought items not in the original forecasts and I want you all to be aware of where we are, with the available funds.

    Won’t take long to do on Wednesday and I’ll send a copy to you Dave.

    Will be finalising the figures over Monday and Tuesday which means they will be upto date.
