    Anyone know who this machine is made by and what the fault codes are please.

    Customer says all the program lights are lit when the machine is switched on,and nothing happens when the reset button is operated.

    It’s a Whirlpool, codes in the “known error codes” thread 🙂

    If it is the one I think it is, it is made by a certain Chinese company and all lights on can mean the door is open. Check that there is not any water in the base of the machine!

    Thanks for your help,customer phoned back to say they had found their documentation and that it was still covered under guarantee.
