    I have an MFI Schreiber built in freezer model 20025006165 – it is about 6years old and was installed by MFI. It is completely dead- checked the power supply and plug fuse all OK. Any suggestions as to what to do next. I would call an engineer but reckon it will be cheaper and quicker to replace the unit with a stand alone one?

    Either the thermostat or compressor. Stat cheap enough compressor is major bucks
