Burning smell from Indesit DG6100W

I have and indesit DG6100W and recently the dishes have not all been cleaning properly. This morning I noticed there was a burning smell and most of the dishes were not clean.

Does anyone know what the problem may be and how to rectify it?

Circulation motor burning out, a leak on to something, not enough water in the appliance, a number of things I’m afraid can cause these symptoms.

Power off if you investigate further please :zap: or check the repairs@ link below for an engineer if you’re unsure 🙂
