I have an issue where the washing does not spin… i looked underneath the washer and a white clip had a small portion snapped off – i took the clip off and put it back on and the washer worked. Then the next time it didn’t. So i did the same procedure as above and it worked. i have done this about 10 times. now it doesn’t work at all with regards to spinning. It fills up with water fine, it drains fine. See picture attached. Any help would be greatly appreciated in my pocket with Christmas coming soon. helppppppppp

Most likely the motor brushes are worn out.

The one highlighted yellow is one of the motor brushes. You’ve been lucky to get 14 months out of a Bush washer. Such a quality product. 😀
