    Hi guys,

    Just recently moved into a house which already had this oven in. It’s got an 8 function oven/grill knob. If I set the oven to lower only with fan it can’t maintain the temperature in the oven at all. If I set it to upper and lower with fan it burns my food to bits. Thermostat is always set appropriately. Any ideas?

    Sounds like you have a faulty base element
