Cant find any info on this model at all.

Tried a PNC at connect distribution and they couldnt help either.

Any help much appreciated, thanks.

all depends on where this is made

did you get the rest of the numbers off the machine ? serial number

also sometimes the label says where it is made

if all fails tell your customer to get onto Argos support. If they can supply an element to your customer then all you have to do is fit it
