Hi everyone, hope somebody can help me with this.

The dishwasher was working fine until a few days ago, but now it comes up with an error message. Lights P1 and P2 are flashing, which indicates a problem with inadequate water supply according to the manual.

I’ve tried following the instructions, separating the water inlet hose from the tap in order to clean the filter at the end of the hose, but there doesn’t seem to be a filter at that end, nor at the other end. There does seem to be a filter attached to the back end of the machine itself, though.

The odd thing is that the machine comes on for about 2-3 minutes, water starts to go in, but then it just stops and flashes the error message.

I’d really appreciate any help. Thanks!

there is only two reasons for this

1 there is an inadquate water entering the machine. Water valve faulty, tap turned off, water pressure low, valve filter blocked and inlet hose kinked
2 machine cant detect water flow, metering switch faulty. broken wire to metering sw or board faulty

meter unit should be this one

start machine wait till it start to fill and open the door and look at water level. If the water is coming in very slowly then look at items in 1. If the water fills ok and look like its filling at a reaonable rate then look at items list 2
