Hi my machine flooded from the base and the E4 error code came on. I emptied the water and tipped the machine backwards as suggested at a 45 deg angle to clear the code. This worked but machine still flooding from the base and now tripping the power.

if its flooding the base you have to find out why
you either have a leak from a hose or component or its overflowing

the electric is tripping because its wet, it will dry out over time

I’ve spoken to Bush they think it might be a blocked water inlet valve. Hence the E4 error code it flooded then tripped the flood switch. Cleared it but flooded again tripping the power. So inlet valve needs taking off and descaling. Fingers crossed they are right.

    that makes no sense

if the inlet valve was faulty it would stick open
that means the unit would continue flooding till you turned the tap off

since i assume you dont have to turn off the tap it cant be that
