Bush F841QW

Hi.. 1st time posting and sorry … it’s a query
my daughters washing machine “Bush F841QW” less than 18mths old, is not completing a wash, it stops during it’s program and has 2 lights flashing next to both the 3h & 12h on the display
could some very kind person point me in the direction of how to work out if the 2 flashing lights are a code?

Thank you for a very quick response Dave, i cleaned the filter then i ran the waste pipe in to a bucket, there was a fair bit of dirt in the bucket.. but i forgot to re-check the filter before i left her house… she moved house and the machine was only connected this afternoon. . That was the 1st wash and the lights came on.

don’t forget the blockage may be in the hoses.
so if the filter is clean check he sump hose
