Bush F841QW Washing machine fault code

When any prog is selected Wash(1) & Rinse(3) lights flash together.Door locks,then nothing.
Can`t find what this fault code refers to?

However the door locks when prog started,followed by a brief noise for a split second (like a valve opening) ,then nothing..
I`m thinking pcb or just replace the machine?
